Annual Meeting
Nashville Post Office Credit Union will hold our 87th Annual Membership Meeting on Monday, February 20, 2012 (Presidents’ Day). The meeting will be held at 1:00 P.M. at the Holiday Inn Select located at 2200 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, Tennessee.
Our business meeting will be held, refreshments will be served and, as always, there will
be drawings for numerous great prizes with one grand prize. Mementos will be given to all who attend. This meeting is very important and is a great opportunity to learn more about your credit union and to visit with our staff and management. You can socialize with your friends and co-workers. It is always a lot of fun and everyone attending seems to have a great time. We always look forward to seeing all of you, answering your questions and getting to know you better.
Board of Directors Election for 2012
The 2012 election for Board of Directors will be held at the Annual Meeting. Three
Board of Directors positions are expiring. The terms of Ed Bryan, Rick Veach and Shirley Watkins are due to expire at that time and they are seeking re-election. An application for nomination is available below or can be obtained at the credit union office.
All applications must be received by the nominating committee by January 31, 2012.

New Debit and Credit Card Restrictions
The Nashville Post Office Credit Union may restrict and/or block Debit and Credit Card access in certain countries. For a list of affected
countries, please contact our office. If you plan to travel outside of the United States, please contact us before you travel for assistance.
The restrictions will help in the fight against identity theft.
Statements Express!
 We are offering statements online through our new
Statement Express system. You will need to sign up for Virtual Branch Home Banking in order to
use this service. Just log into Virtual Branch and select estatement from the menu and follow the set up directions. Some features of online
statements are:

- You will receive email when statement is ready
- Quicker access to your statement
- Will archive six months of statements for member research

Fraud Alert
Always remember that no one from the credit union or any of its vendors will ever call you and ask for your debit and/or credit card number.
If you receive a request by phone, email, text, or regular mail for your debit and/or credit card information it is not the credit union.
Scammers are getting more creative all the time on how to commit identity theft so we all must be vigilant about safeguarding our personal
information.
Important Notice About Your Safe Deposit Box
The CONTENTS of your Nashville Post Office Credit Union safe deposit box are NOT insured against loss by this financial institution. You may
wish to contact an insurance company of your choice in order to obtain protection for the contents of your safe deposit box. It would be
beneficial to keep a complete, up-to-date list and description of all of your contents stored in your safe deposit box. This list and any other
proof of ownership documents should be stored in a location separate from your safe deposit box. The credit union does not view the contents of
your safe deposit box, therefore, the credit union is not able to keep an inventory list or insure the contents.

to protect against online fraud. Verified by Visa is a new service that protects the Visa credit card that
