The Audio Response system gives you the flexibility to balance your account when you want, not just when we are open. The benefits are numerous and it’s easy. Just call 1-800-789-4382 and simply follow the instructions. The automated system will prompt you through the various options.

CO-OP Shared Branching & ATM Network
We’re with you when you travel across the Volunteer State and the country. You can take your credit union with you. We are part of the network of Shared Credit Union Service Centers. These locations allow you to conduct deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and more, just as if you were in our office. All you have to do is go inside the branch, identify that you are from Nashville Post Office Credit Union, provide your NPOCU account number and a photo ID to the teller and you can conduct your financial transactions.

The CO-OP Network offers 30,000 sites nationwide, of which many are in Tennessee. You can click on the button below to find an ATM near you.
Access Your Account Out of State with Shared Branching?
Before visiting an out-of-state shared branch, you must first confirm your identity using our online ID Check tool.
How It Works:

Log In: Open the ID Check portal.

Verify: Enter your details to securely confirm your identity.

Get Your Code: Save the unique authorization code provided to you.

See the Teller: Present your code, a valid photo ID, and your credit union account information at the counter.

LiteBlue
The LiteBlue website provides a convenient, confidential, and secure way for the U.S. Postal Service employees to enroll, make changes to, or terminate many of their employment benefits including allotments and direct deposits. In order to use the system, you will need your Employee ID Number and your USPS Pin Number. For direct deposit and allotments to the Credit Union, you will also need our routing number (264080866).
